Three cuts in 2008:
"I Never Let You Go" recorded by Dan Evans, a Universal
Release, in stores September 2008. Dan Evans who was
already popular as a performer with young audiences in the
Chicago area quickly became a household name amongst the 18
million viewers of NBC’s hit reality television show “The
Biggest Loser” where he lost 136 pounds. Dan will be performing
“I Never Let You Go” live in concert on his tour supporting the
new CD. He also has another television show in the works. David
loves Dan’s recording of his song “I Never Let You Go” and has
plans for co-writing with the artist in the upcoming months.

songwriters retreat for some of Nashville’s and New York’s top
tunesmiths in Sag Harbor, NY. The writers stayed at the historic
American Hotel and enjoyed three days of writing in the hotel’s
Sleight House.

Birdland club in New York on October 24th and 25th.
● The American Cancer Society
presented David with the “American Cancer Society 2007
Leadership & Humanitarian Award” and hosted a special evening of
Jazz in his honor, for all of his outstanding work helping the
9/11 first responders.
● David was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors of
the National Symphony Orchestra.
